bloom care
every flourish bouquet is intentionally designed & bound with a ribbon. to keep the arrangement as is don‘t cut the binding, simply choose a fitting vase. you can expect your bouquet to last between 3-7 days - longer if they‘re well looked after.
here are some bloom care tips:
to keep your blooms fresh use a clean vase & fill it two thirds with room temperature water. trim the stems by 1cm at a 45-degree angle with clean scissors or knife, & remove all leaves from the stems below the water level to slow down the bacteria growth.
don‘t place your vase in direct sunlight or near radiators.
change the water and give the stems a fresh cut after 2-3 days to keep your blooms happy.
the individual blooms will wilt at different speed. to avoid bacteria spreading remove those immediately from the vase.

bloom problems
every bouquet is made with the freshest blooms & designed to look stunning right when they arrive.
with a little tlc, they’ll stay fresh for days. how long they last depends on the flower type, the environment, & how you take care of them. please check out our bloom care tips to keep your bouquet looking its best.
if your flowers look damaged, wilted or just not right within the first 24 hours, contact us at hello@studioflourish.de with clear photos. we will review the situation & offer a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or compensation.
this offer doesn’t apply if you simply don’t like the style or vibe of your arrangement.
bloom style
studio flourish cannot guarantee the exact colour, type or appearance of any bloom, plant, or product used in our arrangements. all natural products are unique & subject to seasonal & environmental variations, so no two pieces are exactly the same. if necessary, we will substitute blooms to ensure your arrangement remains just as cute & of equal value.
if you want something specific, it’s best to let us know early so we have time to source it.
please note: the overall style & composition of each arrangement is up to the designer’s choice & reflects our creative vision. this flexibility is what allows us to create unique work with interesting flowers that are available on a seasonal & week-to-week basis.
delivery & pickup
our standard delivery window is between 10:00 & 18:00. while we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
we make every reasonable effort to ensure your flowers are delivered promptly & in perfect condition. however, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate & complete delivery information, including the correct address & a valid contact phone number.
studio flourish is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect customer information. if a delivery attempt is made to a wrong or incomplete address & redelivery is needed, additional delivery fees may apply for further attempts.
please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the flowers during the delivery window. if no one is available to accept the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion, or a redelivery may be scheduled.
if you prefer to pick up your order directly, studio pickups are available. please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time.
changes & cancellations
if you need to change your order (including flower style, size, delivery address, or gift card text), please contact us as soon as possible at hello@studioflourish.de. while we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes, requests made fewer than 2 calendar days before delivery might not be able to be processed.
cancellations are accepted up to 3 calendar days before your chosen delivery date.
if you request a cancellation less than 3 calendar days before delivery, a refund is only possible if the blooms have not yet been ordered or prepared for delivery.
due to the perishable nature of blooms, studio flourish does not accept returns.
